Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our Advisory team. You will proactively oversee successful, on-schedule, and budget-conscious software project delivery in complex environments.

You will work with client stakeholders, develop plans, manage risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires adapting to Dubai time zone and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of technical project management in technology software implementation and lifecycle management.
• Ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous and complex environments.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
• Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable to varied team styles.
• High emotional intelligence with strong and tailored stakeholder communication.
• Ability to handle varied projects with flexibility and resilience.
• Familiarity with Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, and related PM tools.
• Willingness to work in the Dubai Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Work in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Develop and execute project plans with milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Identify and communicate potential risks to project outcomes.
• Deliver quality deliverables on time and maintain project documentation and metrics.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
