Job description

Are you an experienced project manager in the travel or aviation technology sector, ready to take ownership of complex software delivery initiatives? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global tech company transforming the way travel experiences are delivered.

We’re seeking a Project Manager (Middle East) to lead key software development and delivery projects within a major client programme. You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget — working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders across the region.

The Role
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects from initiation to completion.

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders.

  • Drive communication and alignment across engineering, product, and client teams.

  • Manage risks, issues, and actions proactively, maintaining strong project governance.

  • Oversee Agile or Scrum-based delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

  • Support release planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Report progress to senior leadership and clients through structured project updates.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least three years of project management experience in software development or technology delivery.

  • Ideally, two or more years of domain experience in travel, air transport, or trip management technology.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile) preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.

  • Calm, structured approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with cloud-based project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or Asana.

Why This Role?
  • Be part of a pioneering organisation driving digital innovation across global travel.

  • Work closely with leading aviation and travel clients in the Middle East.

  • Join a dynamic, collaborative team that values initiative and accountability.

  • Competitive salary and benefits, with clear opportunities for career progression.

  • Flexible location across the Middle East, with regular time spent on-site in Riyadh.
