Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager - Connectivity to own design change projects end-to-end for one of our largest data center accounts. You will manage large budgets, drive cross-functional alignment, and keep fast-moving design changes on track.

This role requires proactive communication, a self-starter mindset, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate project execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ownership of project scope from planning through execution.
• Experience managing large, complex project budgets.
• Proven track record delivering design/change management end-to-end.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.
• Proficient in AI tools for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Design change management from scope to post-execution.
• Lead design changes end-to-end from concept to completion.
• Own project scope and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners and align plans.
