Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Jersey City, NJ is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology programs in Banking/Financial Services. You will drive Agile delivery, manage risks, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across Product, Architecture, Development, QA, and Infrastructure.

The role requires 7-9 years in technical project management, strong governance and stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with RAID logs, change and release management,

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of Technical Project Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in Risk Management, Controls, Compliance, and Audit support.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology programs.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing RAID logs, remediation plans, and governance reporting.
• Knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and Incident Management processes.
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects across multiple teams and business units.
• Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, budgeting, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project, operational, technology, and regulatory risks.
