Job summary

Capital One’s Tech Chief of Staff team is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Program Lead to shape two Tech-wide recognition and enablement programs. You will be the strategic lead and program owner, guiding a high-output team to drive program impact across the Tech organization.

Responsibilities include setting the overall program strategy with stakeholders, establishing KPIs, and shaping future programming frameworks to keep Capital One at the forefront of tech enablement and recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Programming Strategy & Insights, including operational planning and KPI development.
• Oversee end-to-end program management, scalable processes, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of associates; foster collaboration and results.
