Qualifications

• Experience leading technology discussions with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and influencing capabilities.
• Experience growing TPM teams and TPM practice.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and drive cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs delivering on critical business goals and build large-scale products and platforms.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers.
• Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and guide technology decisions.
• Grow and develop the TPM team and foundations for the TPM practice.
• Simplify technically complex topics and drive decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science.
• Drive execution, accountability, and results.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver outcomes.
