Capital One is seeking a Sr. Director, Technical Program Management (Remote-Eligible) to lead large-scale programs across enterprise platforms.

You will drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver scalable solutions that power real-time experiences for customers and associates. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• Preferred: 9+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• 5+ years building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing (AWS).
• 5+ years building & leading TPM teams.
• 5+ years building highly scalable mobile products & platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
