You will collaborate with the Technology and Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives and manage system-wide updates.

The role requires a degree in computer science or related field with at least five years of related experience; additional experience may substitute for education.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Five years of related experience and/or training.
• Corresponding years of experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for agency technology, hardware, and software.
• Collaborate with the Technology and Program Manager on strategic initiatives.
• Manage system-wide technology updates and improvements.
• Support cross-departmental technology integration.
