Job summary

AT3 Professional Solutions seeks an experienced Engineer – Product Launch / Program Manager to drive new programs from award to production readiness. You will own the full launch lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and interface with customers throughout the process.

The ideal candidate combines a mechanical engineering foundation with formal program management experience in automotive and/or aerospace, delivering projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years engineering experience with program/project management for new product launches.
• Experience in automotive and/or aerospace industries preferred in precision manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product launches from award through PPAP and production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet launch targets and budgets.
• Interface with customers during launches and manage changes and communications.
• Manage supplier and capital equipment installation timelines and qualification.
