Job summary

JPC TECHNO INC in the United States is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Migration and Oracle ERP/EPM initiatives across a large enterprise IT organization. You will drive end-to-end planning, governance, and cross‑functional execution with Oracle architects, functional consultants, and security teams.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, 4+ years managing Oracle Cloud/ERP/EPM programs, and strong communication skills to present to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with at least 4+ years managing Oracle Cloud/ERP/EPM programs.
• Strong technical understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion ERP, and EPM suite.
• Experience managing large-scale cloud migration programs (lift‑and‑shift, re‑platforming, or greenfield implementations).
• PMP/PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to work with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Financial services / banking domain experience preferred (Amex or similar highly regulated environment a plus).
• Excellent communication, risk management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Cloud Migration programs (on-prem to OCI/Fusion).
• Manage Oracle ERP (Financials, Procurement, SCM) and EPM implementation and migration workstreams.
• Own program governance: RAID logs, status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Oracle technical architects, functional consultants, infrastructure, security, and QA teams.
• Manage vendor/SI relationships and third-party delivery partners.
• Drive technical design reviews, cutover planning, data migration strategy, and go-live readiness.
• Identify risks/dependencies across interconnected Oracle modules and mitigate proactively.
• Manage budget, resource allocation, and timeline adherence across the program.
• Ensure compliance with Amex enterprise architecture, security, and change management standards.
