Job summary

Stability Technology in California seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. You will coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and IT Operations teams to manage multiple programs improving security posture and modernizing systems.

You should understand enterprise security technologies, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, vulnerability management, and security operations; while not hands-on, you will align

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and enterprise security technologies.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple enterprise Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs from initiation through deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Security Operations, Cloud Engineering, Networking, Identity & Access Management, and IT Operations.
  • Drive delivery of security initiatives involving Microsoft security technologies, cloud security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
  • Facilitate program governance meetings and communicate project status to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, security implementations, cloud migrations, and compliance initiatives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers.
  • Ensure projects follow change management, documentation, and operational readiness processes.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will partner with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and IT Operations teams to manage multiple concurrent programs focused on improving the organization's security posture, modernizing infrastructure, and delivering enterprise technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned program manager with a strong technical foundation who can effectively communicate with engineers, architects, security analysts, and executive leadership. While this is not a hands‑on engineering role, candidates should understand enterprise security technologies, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, vulnerability management, and security operations.

  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks.
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, or risk management initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and enterprise security technologies.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • PMP

  • PMI-ACP
  • Security+, CISSP, or equivalent cybersecurity certification (preferred but not required)
