Job summary

Stoneridge seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-organizational functional safety and product cybersecurity programs for automotive systems. You will align scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risks with business objectives while partnering with management, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Project Management, or MBA, or related work experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ work experience as a Program Manager in automotive.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of Functional Safety or Product Cybersecurity in automotive.
• Strong PM discipline with results focus.
• Proven ability to lead and coach in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 21434, R155, R156, ISO 26262, or SOTIF.

Responsibilities

• Defines scope, identifies risks and dependencies, estimates timelines, and forecasts resources.
• Ensures safety, security, compliance, supplier, and accessibility requirements.
• Coordinates rapid response to safety and security escalations with leadership.
• Implements evolving safety and security processes and standards per regulatory requirements.
• Uses data to improve program execution, security operations, and reporting.
• Develops incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.
