Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead automotive programs within ADAS, controls, and connectivity domains. The role focuses on meeting technical, quality, profitability, timing, and risk targets across development, launch, and post-production lifecycle.

You will coordinate global engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to deliver on RFQ objectives and feature enhancements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive program management, strong cross-functional

Qualifications

5+ years of program/project management experience in the automotive industry.
Experience managing customer-facing programs with production exposure.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed program plans and manage timelines, risks, and budgets.
Serve as primary customer contact for scope, timing, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Manage RFQ inputs, feasibility studies, and cost implications.
Oversee product and process decisions to meet quality requirements and APQP standards.
Lead program reviews and report updates to leadership and customers.
