Job description

We are looking for an inhouse Technical Production Specialist in the Media industry with experience in handling cameras, audio, lighting, livestream, VR/AR, and 360 filming for projects. The selected candidate will perform various duties, including:

1. Act as Director of Photography – oversee visual storytelling, ensuring lighting, composition, and camera work align with the director’s vision and clients’ objectives.
2. Act as Camera Operator – operate the camera to execute shots according to specifications, covering primary and secondary camera setups.
3. Act as Camera Assistant – assist the lead Camera Operator with setup and equipment handling.
4. Manage Event Coverage – oversee the entire lifecycle of event coverage projects and coordinate technical setups.
5. Equipment Maintenance – ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
6. Inventory Management – keep track of equipment status and inventory.
7. Studio Upkeep – regularly inspect and maintain Sproud’s studio for optimal use.
8. Work with Freelance Crew – coordinate with freelance team to execute production and filming projects.
9. Transport Duties – drive and transport equipment and props to shoot venues.
10. Company Van Maintenance – ensure the company van is serviced timely and remains in safe working condition.

This position is open to Singapore citizens and PRs only. The start date is flexible, aiming for June 2025, with applications accepted until 9 July 2025.
