Who You Are

As a Partner Production Specialist at BHG, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the performance of our Strategic Partners. This role is essential in ensuring that partner-referred leads are efficiently tracked, nurtured, and converted. You'll serve as the key liaison between our external partners and internal sales teams, aligning expectations, communicating updates, and driving production performance.


What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with active BHG Strategic Partners to ensure seamless collaboration and performance alignment.
  • Provide proactive updates to partners regarding the status and performance of referred lead flow, addressing inquiries and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the BHG Sales team to ensure partner leads are prioritized, contacted, and progressing through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Analyze partner lead data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions that improve conversion rates and overall partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor partner pipeline activity and produce regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and partner accounts.
  • Identify and escalate operational or performance issues early, and work cross-functionally to develop resolutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding lead volume and improving the quality of partner-generated opportunities.
What You'll Need
  • Ability to manage external partners with a focus on relationship-based sales/referrals
  • Strong relationship management skills with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and manage time and resources across multiple partnerships
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in reviewing performance data and turning insights into action
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
