Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Product Learning & Intelligence role to accelerate product learning and evolution across VOR, DIoT, and LV solutions. The position blends product management, software development, technical analysis, GenAI, and rapid prototyping to translate customer evidence into clear product direction.

The role drives measurable outcomes by instrumenting initiatives, defining success metrics, and delivering learning loops across pilots and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development, solutions engineering, or product-management experience delivering software or hardware-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with hands-on experience using telemetry, APIs, SQL, logs, dashboards, experiments, or similar methods.
• Experience creating prototypes or lightweight artifacts and using GenAI to accelerate research and decision-making.
• Strong product judgment and communication skills with ability to translate findings into roadmap recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet needs and opportunities from customer feedback, telemetry, and market research; define learning objectives and validation plans.
• Establish learning loops across pilots, launches, and mature products; convert findings into prioritized roadmaps.
• Define instrumentation and health signals to measure adoption, reliability, and customer value; ensure measurable outcomes.
• Synthesize evidence across customers and configurations into clear roadmap recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert validated learnings into measurable product increments.
