Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Tech Product Analyst for a 6-month hybrid role in Vienna, VA. You will manage ServiceNow SAM Pro, oversee software lifecycle processes, and develop dashboards and KPIs to guide governance and optimization efforts.

You will analyze data, validate licenses, and work with stakeholders across IT and Finance to drive cost savings and compliance. US work eligibility required; hybrid schedule available.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAM lifecycle processes including licenses, renewals, reclamation.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs to support software governance.

Job description

Title: Tech Product Analyst
Location: Vienna, VA (HYBRID)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with possible extensions
Compensation: $50/hour - $63/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Key Qualifications include:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Software Asset Management and related platform capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle processes, including:
• Software Products and Models
• Software Entitlements and License Management
• Software Contracts and Renewals
• License Reclamation and Optimization
• End-of-Life (EOL)

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience administering and optimizing ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions.
• Working knowledge for software license management and compliance.
• Proficiency with enterprise endpoint and discovery tools such as Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, and Discovery platforms.
• Ability to develop and analyze reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to support software governance and decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reconciliation, license compliance, and software optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of software asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, utilization, reclamation, renewal, and retirement processes.

Education:

• The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and the ServiceNow platform.
