Job summary

Qualifications

• Established experience forming commercial strategies in fintech or financial services.
• 3 years experience in procurement process execution, RFPs, and supplier negotiations.
• Demonstrated project management skills for delivering strategic sourcing projects.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
• Excellent collaborative communication across teams.
• Foundational understanding of risk management and ability to flag risks.
• Willingness to learn sourcing tools and end-to-end procurement processes.
• Ability to present scenarios to stakeholders clearly.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple initiatives.
• Proactive, collaborative, results-oriented problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies and conduct market research to support industry trend awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and support cross-department alignment.
• Lead cost reduction and spend optimization with analytical and financial support on sourcing projects.
• Coordinate supplier evaluation and selection using quality, price, and reliability criteria.
• Analyze contract and spend data to identify consolidation opportunities for RFPs or renegotiations.
• Research sustainable and ethical sourcing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support adoption of new procurement technologies and automation tools for efficiency.
• Participate in learning and development within the procurement team.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements and industry regulations.
• Keep up with industry best practices and improve Wise's procurement processes.
