Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking a Category Manager, Digital & Technology to develop and execute enterprise sourcing strategies for IT spend, including software/SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and related technology services. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and vendors to optimize total cost of ownership.

The role requires at least eight years in procurement or category management, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SAP, Ariba, and data analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Procurement or related field; MBA or CPSM/ISM certification preferred.
8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
Knowledge of digital/technology procurement, software licensing, SaaS, renewals.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise digital & technology procurement strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams with IT/IS/Digital, Legal, Finance for sourcing.
Manage supplier performance, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
Lead RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and negotiate savings and value.
Monitor KPI performance and governance across buying channels.
