Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Category Manager, Technology to shape and execute sourcing strategies for software/SaaS, telecom, networking, and cloud infrastructure. You will lead multi‑project negotiations, partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and Risk teams, and drive cost reductions while supporting business objectives.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement, strong negotiation and supplier-management skills, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement

Qualifications

5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in sourcing/procurement, supply chain, or operations transformation.
Proven track record of generating financial and operational value from procurement projects.
Familiar with IT categories: software/SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud economics or IT professional services.

Responsibilities

Develops overarching procurement strategies for technology spend (software/SaaS, telecom, networking, cloud, cybersecurity).
Leads direct negotiations and full-lifecycle sourcing events; advises executives on strategy and contracting.
Manages supplier performance and implements negotiated solutions to service and cost issues.
Partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to close deals.
