Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its Legal team in Boston to support inbound procurement activities. The role centers on U.S.-based vendor and supplier programs, negotiating NDAs, software licenses, SaaS agreements, and consulting contracts.

You will work closely with Cyber Security, Finance, and Technical Services to ensure compliance with internal processes and external standards related to healthcare IT and data protection.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience with SaaS, cloud services, and tech procurement.
• Experience negotiating NDAs, software licenses, SaaS agreements, and consulting contracts.
