Qualifications

• Experience negotiating procurement and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate inbound commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, services, and goods contracts.
• Provide timely legal advice to internal stakeholders with practical business orientation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Privacy, and Security to streamline contracting processes.
• Develop scalable contract playbooks and standards for a high-growth business.
• Monitor evolving laws and regulations affecting SaaS and tech sectors.
