Job summary

Transcend Solutions is seeking a Content Services Counsel for a contract role in New York, NY. The position focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating numerous commercial agreements, especially MSAs and SOWs for SaaS/IT.

You will collaborate with NASB Procurement, IT, security, and privacy teams to assess vendor risks and ensure data privacy compliance. The ideal candidate has a JD and at least 8 years of experience in tech/media law, with deep familiarity of software licensing, cloud

Qualifications

• JD and Bachelor's degree from a U.S. accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tech/media procurement law.
• Experience with internet, technology, or media companies is required.
• Deep knowledge of software licensing (SaaS), cloud computing, data privacy laws and AI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements with focus on MSAs and SOWs for SaaS/IT.
• Serve as liaison for NASB Procurement team and coordinate with IT, security and privacy to assess vendor risks.

Bachelor's degree
