Job summary

You will collaborate with technical and business teams, source competitive pricing, track open orders and invoices, and maintain organized vendor records to ensure timely, cost-controlled purchases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience managing technology procurement and software licensing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing for tech equipment, software, and services.
• Review requests, validate requirements, and move procurements from approval to fulfillment.
• Source pricing from suppliers and negotiate options.
• Track orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely transactions.
• Maintain records of purchases, vendor info, and agreements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to plan technology needs.
• Monitor inventory and replenish stock as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers about delays or billing issues.
• Improve purchasing workflows, reporting, and efficiency.
• Contribute to other projects as needed.
