Job summary

GOLFTEC Jacksonville is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a community of golf industry professionals dedicated to helping players improve through data-driven feedback and GTU training.

You will use TECFIT, Optimotion, TECSWING, and other proprietary tools to deliver tailored lessons while maintaining the Training Center and participating in ongoing education. A base hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses create total compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting is preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and apply comprehensive training.
• Use technology to help people play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide GOLFTEC services including TECFIT Club Fitting and various lessons.
• Maintain training center environment and equipment.
• Participate in continuing education and uphold company values.
