GOLFTEC Houston is hiring a Certified Personal Coach to join our team at the Houston Galleria location. You will complete the GTU training program, leverage TECFIT and TECSWING technology, and deliver personalized lessons to golfers of all levels.

Qualifications

2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience preferred.
Knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.
Able to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Graduate from GOLFTEC University, GOLFTEC's training program.
Utilize technology to help people play better golf.
Recommend teaching content for personalized lesson plans.
Provide GOLFTEC services including TECFIT Club Fitting and various lesson types.
Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
Use proprietary technology including Optimotion and TECSWING.
Maintain training center environment, equipment, and technology.
Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center.
Participate in continuing education and uphold core values.
