Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee financial planning, forecasting, governance, and reporting for a large technology portfolio.

You will partner with Finance, Engineering, and Product leaders to manage investments, funding strategies, and performance, with a focus on Clarity PPM, CapEx/OpEx, and forecasting. Responsibilities include managing budgets, creating and maintaining projects in Clarity PPM, developing forecasts, monitoring variances, and delivering executive reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with IT portfolios.
• Experience using Clarity PPM and project forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and governance for the technology portfolio.
• Create and maintain projects in Clarity PPM, including resource allocations and cost setup.
• Develop monthly CapEx/OpEx forecasts and investment plans.
• Monitor variances and provide forecasting updates to leadership.
• Prepare executive and investment committee reporting on portfolio health.
