U.S. Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee financial planning, forecasting, governance, and reporting for a large technology portfolio.
You will partner with Finance, Engineering, and Product leaders to manage investments, funding strategies, and performance, with a focus on Clarity PPM, CapEx/OpEx, and forecasting. Responsibilities include managing budgets, creating and maintaining projects in Clarity PPM, developing forecasts, monitoring variances, and delivering executive reports.

The Portfolio Manager will oversee the financial planning, forecasting, governance, and reporting of a large technology portfolio. This role partners with Finance, Engineering, and Product leaders to manage portfolio investments, funding strategies, and financial performance, with a strong focus on Clarity PPM, CapEx/OpEx management, and portfolio forecasting.
Manage technology portfolio investments, budgets, and financial performance across multiple projects.
Create and maintain projects in Clarity PPM, including resource allocations, time reporting, and financial setup.
Develop and maintain monthly CapEx and OpEx forecasts and investment plans.
Monitor actuals, analyze variances, and provide forecasting updates to leadership.
Track portfolio spend and funding against approved budgets and targets.
Prepare executive and investment committee reporting on portfolio health and financial performance.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to support portfolio planning and decision-making.
Drive portfolio governance processes, including forecasting cycles, funding approvals, and financial reviews.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
