Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Enterprise Technology Portfolio Analyst for onsite work in Irving, TX. The role supports the NTR process from intake to governance, coordinating across AI, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, sourcing, finance, and data risk teams.

The analyst will help translate business needs into technology pathways and track dependences and outcomes. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant IT portfolio experience.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; data visualization skills.
Ability to translate complex tech concepts for executives.
Experience with PMO or portfolio management in large enterprises.
Proficiency with enterprise AI tools (Copilot or similar).

Responsibilities

Coordinate the New Technology Request (NTR) process.
Maintain pipeline visibility of 40+ active requests.
Support governance across AI, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, sourcing, finance, and risk.
Prepare NTRC materials, agendas, and follow-up actions; track items and risks.
Develop dashboards and executive summaries on demand, priorities, investments, and cost avoidance.
Support the Enterprise Technology Portfolio Management Center of Excellence initiatives.
