The position emphasizes coordination of online and in-person classes, seminars, and mentorship programs, with evolving responsibilities including budget management and alumni engagement to foster ongoing learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in program management, preferably in educational or international development context.
• Planning and organizing events with complex logistics and multiple workstreams.
• Strong oral and written communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Managing budgets with auditable records and financial reporting.
• Social media management and use of digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and coordination for online and in-person classes and related activities.
• Manage administrative tasks for center events, travel, translation, and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with instructors, partners, and funders to develop educational programming.
• Produce progress reports showing learning outcomes and impact.
• Maintain budget records and ensure transparent resource use.
• Promote programs through social media and outreach to stakeholders.
• Engage alumni to foster ongoing learning and professional growth.
