Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven projects and PMO processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of technology compliance standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Attend project meetings and accurately capture detailed notes and minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, status updates, and other project communications.
  • Maintain project documentation in compliance with PMO standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the Technology division.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project-related activities.
  • Assist Project Managers in monitoring timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support reporting and dashboard updates for PMO leadership.
