Uber is seeking a People Partner to act as a trusted advisor to management and employees across a hyper-matrixed organization. You will own the performance review lifecycle, coach leaders, and navigate complex people matters with data-driven insights while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Rewards, Employee Relations, and Legal, drive regional and global priorities, and contribute to Uber’s fast-paced, in-office culture.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
