Job summary

Aspect is seeking a Cybersecurity & SecOps Analyst to own day-to-day security operations and SaaS posture management. Backed by a 24/7 MDR partner, you will be the internal security champion—managing external vendor relationships, handling escalations, and securing cloud identity and SaaS productivity.

Your goal is to optimize security workflows, streamline ticketing, and build low-code automated workflows to resolve internal alerts efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of cybersecurity operations or IT security duties.
• Experience with centralized Endpoint Management and XDR platforms.
• Proficiency with enterprise Cloud Productivity Suite Administration (identity configurations, audit logs).
• Experience setting up conditional logic, API webhooks, or low-code automation to connect platforms.
• Strong communication skills for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Own internal response workflow with the 24/7 MDR partner.
• Review security portals, threat hunting reports, and endpoint coverage for the remote workforce.
• Integrate security alerts into internal ticketing and communication channels.
• Develop and maintain low-code automated playbooks to resolve alerts.
• Document incident playbooks and evidence for audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
