247Hire in Chicago is seeking a Program Manager, Tech Ops to partner with the Sr. Manager and key stakeholders to tackle critical technical problems and drive operational excellence.

You will oversee technical release management, calendar and ticket lifecycle, ensuring visibility, documentation, approvals, and a clear history of releases. You will also build data flows into Airtable and manage Confluence/SharePoint docs, while delivering leadership-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in tech industry in roles such as project management, release management, or business operations.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with initiative to drive projects independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical release management, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Manage the release calendar and ticket lifecycle, ensuring visibility, documentation, approvals, and conflict prevention.
• Communicate releases across the org and to senior leaders, while also maintaining an organized history of release notes for reference.
• Manage the intake process for new technology requests and projects from cross-functional stakeholders
• Create automation and data flow maintenance into tools such as Airtable
• Oversee org-wide document management across Confluence and SharePoint
• Provide org-wide communications support, creating presentation decks and coordinating input from multiple teams
• Support onboarding activities related to org-wide data, such as managing organization charts
• Create and deliver reporting on data related to release, intake, and prioritization processes to inform leadership decisions
• Drive organizational effectiveness across Tech Ops projects and initiatives
