Job summary

247Hire in Chicago is seeking a Program Manager, Tech Ops to partner with the Sr. Manager and key stakeholders to tackle critical technical problems and drive operational excellence.

You will oversee technical release management, calendar and ticket lifecycle, ensuring visibility, documentation, approvals, and a clear history of releases. You will also build data flows into Airtable and manage Confluence/SharePoint docs, while delivering leadership-ready reporting.

Position Overview:

As the Program Manager, Tech Ops, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Tech Operations and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems.
