Job summary

Abacus is seeking a Technical Operations Associate to support day-to-day service coordination and reporting. The role emphasizes incident management in ServiceNow, inventory control, asset tracking, and end-of-day summaries to keep stakeholders informed.

The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar service management platform to track incidents, requests, projects, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint administration and support functions.
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management principles, ticket lifecycle management, and operational support practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple priorities, recurring tasks, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and prioritize incidents, service requests, projects, and operational tasks within ServiceNow.
• Monitor queues, aging tickets, pending customer responses, and overdue updates to meet SLAs.
• Prepare daily operational reports and end-of-day summaries covering work, priorities, escalations, and blockers.
• Coordinate schedules, recurring meetings, reminders, maintenance windows, and follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory and asset records, track equipment, and support audits.
