Job summary

Leidos Energy is seeking a Director of Technology Operations & Sustainment to lead the organization responsible for maintaining and advancing the current technology baseline across energy business areas. The role focuses on reliability, security, and continuous improvement of technology that empowers engineers, technicians, and business teams.

The leader will integrate capabilities from Leidos Energy and ENTRUST, guiding strategy and investments.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading technical organizations and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to translate employee and business needs into technology priorities and communicate risks and tradeoffs clearly.
Experience improving how a technical or engineering workforce uses technology to perform its work.

Responsibilities

Own and improve the current technology baseline.
Lead the operation, sustainment, and lifecycle management of Business Area-owned technology.
Ensure capabilities are reliable, secure, resilient, and supportable for Energy’s needs.
Simplify the technology environment by addressing obsolescence, complexity, fragmentation, and debt.
Develop a strong understanding of how Energy employees use technology to perform their work.
