Leidos Energy is seeking a Director of Technology Operations & Sustainment to lead the organization responsible for maintaining and advancing the current technology baseline across energy business areas. The role focuses on reliability, security, and continuous improvement of technology that empowers engineers, technicians, and business teams.

The Director, Technology Operations & Sustainment leads the organization responsible for the effectiveness of Leidos Energy’s current technology baseline, including Business Area-owned networks and specialized energy hardware and software. The team ensures these capabilities are reliable, secure, supported, and effectively used while continuously improving the environment as business needs evolve. The opportunity is to move beyond traditional technology support and create an environment in which technology measurably improves how Energy employees perform their work. This leader will help shape the technology organization for the combined Leidos Energy business, bringing together the capabilities, experience, and strengths of Leidos and ENTRUST.

Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
