Job summary

Responsibilities include operating the CORE system daily, assisting staff with hardware/software issues, coordinating with vendors, monitoring help-desk activity, and implementing hardware or software upgrades.

Qualifications

In-depth understanding of PCs and basic knowledge of networks.
Ability to implement hardware and/or software rollout for desktops and laptops.

Responsibilities

Perform daily computer operations tasks; operate CORE system and related hardware.
Interface with users to maintain production environment; monitor batch and on-line jobs; coordinate with management/vendors for hardware issues.
Provide technical assistance on hardware, software, or communication problems encountered by staff.
Research, modify, test, and install hardware and software additions or replacements.
Monitor help-desk phone lines and enter information into help-desk software for tracking.
Manage problems related to credit union operations services or systems with vendors.
