Job summary

Hudson River Community Credit Union is seeking a Systems Administrator I to join our IT team in Corinth, NY. You will support servers, workstations, networks, and member‑facing tech such as ITMs and cash recyclers, with hands‑on experience across Windows environments and Microsoft 365.

You will contribute to security, provisioning, and maintenance, while collaborating with branches to deploy upgrades and new equipment, reporting to the IT Director.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years IT support experience, focusing on Windows, networking, and systems administration.
• Strong working knowledge of AD, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration — user management, licensing, Teams/SharePoint configuration, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with backup/patching cycles, basic scripting, and routine system maintenance.
• Interest or experience with member service or financial technology platforms such as ITMs or cash recyclers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, workstations, and network devices under IT Director guidance.
• Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Develop expertise in member-facing technology platforms like ITMs and cash recyclers.
• Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ITMs and peripherals.
• Support technology upgrades and new deployments impacting member experience.
• Contribute input on strategic direction and roadmap for member service technology.
