Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication translating tech into clear narratives.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, and technical teams.
• Ability to influence across functions with senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and editorial skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comms strategies supporting engineering, product, and corporate priorities.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear, audience-focused narratives.
• Create messaging frameworks and executive storytelling aligned across channels.
• Collaborate with engineering executives to identify innovation stories and thought leadership.
• Write and edit high-impact materials: blogs, talking points, presentations, customer stories, newsletters.
• Drive editorial consistency across product marketing, comms, analyst relations, and leadership comms teams.
• Support launches and strategic programs with cross-functional teams.
• Shape Oracle’s voice in technical storytelling with a human-centered perspective.
• Manage communications plans, timelines, and stakeholder reviews.
• Measure effectiveness and optimize messaging and reach.
