Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in US or Canada.
• 8+ years progressive technical experience in electrical systems or interconnections.

Aufgaben

• Lead interconnection activities with utilities and ISOs/RTOs from studies through negotiations.
• Develop conceptual designs and cost estimates for high-voltage interconnections, substations, and transmission lines.
• Perform or review power flow, short-circuit, arc-flash, and protection coordination studies.
• Provide technical leadership across internal teams and external partners.
• Support procurement of high-voltage equipment with bid packages and vendor evaluation.
• Deliver practical recommendations balancing safety, cost, schedule, and operability.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and pursue design/process improvements.
