Chuck E. Cheese is hiring a Game Room Technician/Technical Manager to maintain and repair all arcade and kitchen systems, ensuring seamless operation of the entertainment floor.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and manage equipment like game cabinets, registers, and ticket dispensers. You’ll read schematics, handle electronics and mechanics, and coordinate repairs with a focus on safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electronic and mechanical game/arcade equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot down to component level.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on repair aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of video games, kitchen equipment, registers, and ticket systems.
• Manage electrical and mechanical aspects of the game room and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and replace defective components; operate stage show equipment and manage lighting/sound.
