Chuck E. Cheese is hiring a Game Room Technician (internally known as Technical Manager) to maintain and troubleshoot our arcade and kitchen equipment, register systems, and ticket mechanisms. The role requires hands-on electromechanical skills and the ability to think on your feet to keep attractions running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Strong planning, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Time management and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Military experience, a technical degree, or prior electrical/mechanical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of video and skill games, kitchen equipment, register systems and ticket mechanisms.
• Oversee arcade games, IT systems and ticket dispensers; ensure hardware is functioning.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs on game room electrical/mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and replace defective electronic components and boards.
• Operate stage show equipment and manage lighting, sound, pneumatics and related systems.
• Maintain inventory of electronic equipment, parts and tools; manage budget.
