Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese, a CEC Entertainment, LLC brand, seeks a Game Room Technician (Technical Manager) to maintain and repair arcade games, kitchen equipment, and ticket systems.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and manage safety and inventory in a fast-paced entertainment venue. Ideal candidates will read schematics, troubleshoot to component level, and bring strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of video and skill games, kitchen equipment, register systems, and coin/ticket mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and repair arcade games, IT systems, and stage show equipment.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs; manage inventory and safety practices.
• Operate and maintain stage show equipment including lighting and sound.
