Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Game Room Technician (Technical Manager) to maintain and repair electro-mechanical systems across our entertainment venue. You’ll troubleshoot video games, arcade machines, and stage lighting, while overseeing preventative maintenance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work up to 45 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Military experience or technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the latest video games, kitchen equipment, registers, and ticket mechanisms.
• Manage arcade games, IT systems and ticket dispensers.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective electronics and components.
• Operate stage show equipment, lighting and sound, and manage related maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and tools.
• Manage budget and uphold safety standards at all times.
• Ensure guest and team interactions are safe and professional.
