Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Game Room Technician (Technical Manager) in our California locations.

You will support and maintain video games, arcade systems, kitchen equipment and ticketing mechanics, performing preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe, fun guest experience. Ideal candidates will read schematics, troubleshoot to component level, and manage budgets and inventory while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Strong planning, organization and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Military experience, a technical degree, or prior electrical/mechanical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and repair video and skill games, kitchen equipment, register systems and ticket mechanisms.
• Manage arcade games, IT systems and ticket dispensers.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical/mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace defective components and boards; maintain inventory and budget.
