Responsibilities

• Execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions from pitch through closing.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research.
• Prepare pitch books, management presentations, board materials, and other client deliverables.
• Support senior bankers throughout transaction execution and client engagements.
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients in a lean, highly collaborative environment.
