Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of investment banking experience with exposure to M&A transaction execution.
  • Prior experience within a Technology, TMT, Software, FinTech, or Tech-Enabled Services practice is preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of software, technology, and recurring revenue business models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, and recapitalizations.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, market research, and buyer/investor analysis.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, LBOs, and comps.
  • Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, management presentations, board materials, and other transaction deliverables.
  • Assist with coordination and management of transaction processes, including due diligence, data room management, and process tracking.
  • Work closely with senior bankers, clients, private equity investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop understanding of technology sector and contribute to sector research, market intelligence, and business development.
  • Take on increasing responsibility throughout the transaction process within a collaborative, lean team environment.

The team advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including software, fintech, tech-enabled services, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, recapitalization, and other corporate finance assignments.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, market research, and buyer / investor analysis.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, LBOs, and comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, management presentations, board materials, and other transaction-related deliverables.
  • Assist with the coordination and management of transaction processes, including due diligence, buyer outreach, data room management, and process tracking.
  • Work closely with senior bankers, clients, private equity investors, legal counsel, and other transaction stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the technology sector and contribute to ongoing sector research, market intelligence, and business development initiatives.
  • Take on increasing responsibility throughout the transaction process within a collaborative, lean team environment.
