DC Advisory in San Francisco is seeking an Analyst on the Technology team to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory processes. You will learn core investment banking knowledge and develop analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills through diverse projects including financial models, pitch materials, and client presentations.

You will work with experienced teams on transactions, demonstrating problem-solving, teamwork, and a strong work ethic under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years post-undergraduate investment banking experience supporting deals and pitches in the industrials sector.
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 exams (must have or take within 30 days of start date).
• Outstanding academic record and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft pitch and marketing materials for client engagements.
• Assist in coordinating and participating in client presentations.
• Identify training opportunities and monitor work quality within deal teams.
